About the artist: Jack Dawson is a noted painter, sculpturist and chaulk artist.
He has done his largest works for city parks and bank murals, as well as
features for magazines and other publications. Jack is currently releasing his
hidden art motif in his “Hidden Art Series”. Come and meet Jack & Kurt and
discover the hidden elements of “Cherokee Praise” as well as other of Jack’s
major works including “If my People” & “Reviewing the Troops”.

About the artist: Ken’s career continues to unfold with this latest work
inspired by several historic photos when Augusta was a booming railroad town.
Ken’s background experience as a graphic designer, university professor of
illustration and “plein air” painter has amply prepared him for his current
works of art. Ken has been commissioned to paint murals for corporate clients,
magazines, as well as commissions for private individuals and galleries. Come

invited special guests in 2005 to show their original works.
April - 2005
Throughout April,
Russell Irwin's "Holy Land Collection" was featured including three special
reflections entitled "Dialogue", "Emmaus Bouquets", and "Jubilee". Mr.
Irwin's originals was a must-see experience as they are created with fragments
of torn paper applied in multiple layers. Limited edition prints are
available of these pieces.
Mr. Irwin's work has
raised over $2 million for charity, including the Backstoppers through the
Cardinal Care Program of the St. Louis Cardinal organization. He
shared with us one of his St. Louis Cardinal works - a piece entitled "3x30x100",
which celebrates the special accomplishments of three Cardinal players, Albert Pujols, Scott Rolen, and Jim Edmonds, this past season.

May - 2005
Jesse Barnes,
famed light painter, was in the gallery.
Recently voted into the United States Art Hall of Fame, Jesse is an outstanding
light artist and ranks among the top American artists. Mr. Barnes brought five originals, including his latest release, only available to view on
May 7th. Both canvas and paper limited edition prints are available for
purchase.

June - 2005
Ken Martin is an
outstanding artist who has become an integral part of Augusta's annual Plein Air
Art event held each April. In addition, Mr. Martin has been commissioned
to paint five historic paintings of Augusta for the town's Sesquicentennial
Celebration in June 17-19. During the celebration, Mr. Martin was at
Augusta Wood Gallery from 10Am to 5PM with limited edition prints. Mr. Martin unveiled his five originals.
